Questions

Is this investment advice?

No. Segmara Pro is research and filing tracking. It does not recommend buying or selling any security.

Can I buy shares through Segmara?

No, never. Segmara does not sell, broker, or arrange the purchase of shares in any company, public or private.

How are payments handled?

Checkout and billing run on Whop. Your full card number goes to the payment provider, never to Segmara's servers; Whop shares your membership details with Segmara as the seller.

What if a company I follow is not covered?

SEC filing alerts cover 60+ companies, and the free IPO calendar lists 150. If a company you follow is on neither list, you can flag it, but a company gets added only when there is a real filing, raise, or executive statement to report on, not on request alone.

Does Segmara only track US listings?

No. The weekly brief also covers listings in other markets, such as Moonshot AI's reported confidential Hong Kong filing and DeepSeek's engagement of CITIC Securities for a Shanghai listing. Filing alerts read SEC EDGAR only, so they cover filings with the US SEC.

Checkout and billing run on Whop. Account or billing questions: [email protected].
