Issue #1 went out September 26, 2026, covering eight companies with fresh filings. Oura amended its Nasdaq S-1 on September 21, setting a $40 to $44 price range and a deal size up to $2.2 billion, with pricing expected the week of September 28. Nscale filed a US S-1 on September 18 and disclosed 1,252 percent revenue growth. Altera, the Intel backed chipmaker majority owned by Silver Lake, was reported by Reuters and Bloomberg to have confidentially filed for a US listing, on September 15. Iambic Therapeutics filed for Nasdaq under the proposed ticker IAM on September 21. Moonshot AI was reported by Reuters and The Wall Street Journal to have confidentially filed in Hong Kong on September 3, seeking about $3 billion at a $50 billion valuation, and DeepSeek engaged CITIC Securities for a Shanghai listing, per Reuters and SCMP. SK Hynix is weighing an IPO for its Solidigm unit valuing it up to $150 billion, Reuters reported on September 25. Humain is hiring staff for a dual Saudi Arabia and New York listing targeted around 2029.
