Segmara's research is free. The site earns nothing from the guides, the tracker, or account creation, and the public site never takes card details directly. The only paid element is an optional, prepaid workspace credit, described plainly below.

- Reading any research page, guide, or index.
- Creating an account or using the dashboard records.
- The email tracker, which needs only an address and can be left at any time.
- Submitting a limited, informational share inquiry.
